– Each level is 2 hours
– Available in-person (Bethesda, MD) or virtual via Zoom
– $200 per class (Level 1 & 2), $250 for Level 3
– Enroll in all three levels for $600 total ($50 savings)

LEVEL 1: FOUNDATION

Eligibility: Open to all skill levels
